Since 2008, The Computer Guys have been offering fast, friendly and affordable computer repair services for residential users in the Greater Pittsburgh Area, and particularly in Moon Township where our office is located. Being a local Moon Township resident myself, it gave me a great sense of pride and community to be able to provide these services to clients from Moon and the surrounding Pittsburgh area.
Over the years, we have been able to forge relationships as IT support for many businesses, municipalities, police departments, etc. We proudly work with these businesses and public services to offer them the same high level of reliability, efficiency, honesty and affordability that we provided for our residential customers. Our business support contracts require a great deal of our time to ensure we are providing a high level of service to our clients. We simply cannot sacrifice the quality of our services by overextending ourselves - it goes against our mission statement as a business.
Therefore, it is my obligation to our thousands of residential clients to announce that The Computer Guys will no longer be offering residential computer services effective immediately. We sincerely thank each and every one of our residential clients for their support over the years and give credit to them for allowing and helping us grow and take the business in this direction.
Please let me be very clear, we are NOT closing. We are proudly here to serve any and all professional businesses, municipalities and other public services that require reliable and affordable Managed IT and computer support services. We are excited for the opportunity to grow our business further and remain proud to be woven into the fabric of our community.
